I am a strong proponent of BIM being used a value-generator for architects. BIM is far more than a means for accelerating document creation. BIM can enable more diverse design, better decision making, quicker visualization, easier and better coordinated project delivery. It incumbent on our industry to fully utilize the tools available to us.
I have demonstrated the ability to model to a high level of detail, which is necessary for visualization workflows out from a Revit model such as for VR or Unreal Engine.
I have developed several workflows for exporting & presenting BIM data in Google Earth. The below are examples of a massing study that has been imported LIVE into Google Earth. These are not Photoshopped images. This allows a user to dynamically orbit a 3D model to better understand it in context.

I have experience with and am comfortable using Dynamo. Dynamo is necessary to access, manipulate, and modify certain information in the Revit model that is not otherwise accessible through the software interface. I have used Dynamo at FAA to assist a project team to automatically transfer values between parameters, to automatically generate views and sheets, and to import building program data into Revit as room elements.
I am familiar with BIM 360 Design for Revit cloud file management, model exchanges, and multi-office collaboration. I strongly believe that local file servers will become less relevant with increasingly reliable and fully featured cloud services.
I have demonstrated the ability to quickly and accurately create an existing conditions model from record drawings with no oversight. Below is an example of an existing conditions model of Stoughton public library. I have also assisted PMs in assessing time requirements needed for other staff to creating existing conditions models.
