New Employee Onboarding Sequence

I created a templated onboarding sequence that allows the new hires to orient themselves, at their own pace, with the possibility of interruptions. The IT team is able to track the new hire through Basecamp as they complete each task. I've taken feedback from each new staff member to improve the onboarding sequence for the next hire. I strongly believe in this approach of defining a process and then iterating it over time to steadily improve the quality of the work/task that is being executed.
